Sharpstown is home to some of the most beautiful green spaces in Houston, and thanks to the dedication of our community and volunteers, our parks are getting the love and attention they deserve!
Over the past year, Sharpstown Parks Alliance has worked tirelessly to enhance our local parks. From new playground installations to improved walking trails, we’re making outdoor spaces more accessible, safe, and enjoyable for everyone.
One of the biggest projects this year was the revitalization of Crain Park. The addition of new benches, updated landscaping, and fresh recreational equipment has transformed it into a go-to destination for families. We’ve also launched a tree-planting initiative to increase shade and improve air quality in our parks.
